Siphon & Bottle Home Brew

In this video, I’m siphoning and bottling my latest homebrew – Barkshack Gingermead! I thought it would be cool to throw together a ‘mini brew show’ of sorts. The one thing I leave out of the video is the importance of making sure that everything is clean and sterilized that comes in contact with the homebrew. Can You Add A 12oz. Bottle Of Beer (instead Of The Cup Of Water) To A Boxed Bread Mix To Make Beer Bread?

I love beer bread, but have only made it from Tastefully Simple. I really don’t like the price tag that goes along with it so I got to thinking. Since most beer bread recipes contain the same ingredients as boxed bread mixes, I wondered if I just omitted the water and replaced it with beer, if it would be the same.

Can I Filter Home Brew And Still Bottle Condition?

Thinking about making beer. Been doing wines for a while now and I use a minijet filter before bottling.
Will the coarse filter pads strip the yeast out of the beer and render bottle conditioning impossible?
